OLLY'S MUSICAL MEMORY

Music means a lot to me and I absorb the words but my first musical memory is when, as growing up, I was hooked on the Sunday Matinee with my sisters and Mother. One Sunday the film was "The King and I" another favourite of mine. My Mother was in to golf at the time so we asked her to tape the film for us. She got a tape and set the video recorder and we all went out so Mum could watch her golf in peace. We all came back in and we asked if we could watch the film so we got our popcorn and glasses of pop and settled down. We pressed play on the remote and then we all screamed at Mum to come in the room to see what she had done. She had only gone and taped the bliddy GOLF GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!
